The Apartments must not be occupied by more persons than stated on your Reservation form. We do not take a key deposit but there will be a charge of £6 for each set not returned to us. Apartments are all electric and have a £1 meter. Apartments are offered subject to their being available when deposit is received and acknowledged in writing by us. Sorry, no visitors are allowed in the Apartments. We reserve the right to cancel accommodation if at anytime in our opinion, the behaviour of a visitor is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is compromised. For safety reasons, we ask you not to allow children to play on the stairs and also not to leave children in the Apartments without proper supervision. Please ensure that guest's valuable items are not left in the Apartments unattended. The management cannot accept responsibility for any stolen or lost items. An official deposit receipt (which must be produced on arrival) will be sent if a suitable flat is available. In order to comply with the Unfair Contract Terms Act, we must point out that a contract is in force once your reservation has been accepted by us and in the event of being unable to take up the booking, the deposit is not refundable and you will be liable for the balance if the flat cannot be re-let.
